Dear AJ, I wanted to send you this e-mail and I hope you will share it Mrs. Girard and the rest of the team there. I had a problem with my awning and I called about a month ago at which time I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Andre. At that time I had no idea how fortunate I was to get him. Andre told me he was very busy and we set up November 30th for me to bring the coach down from Sherman Oaks to your location. Andre was very accommodating letting me know he had 50 amp service so if I got there early I could hook up. I got there about 6 AM and pulled in to an area that I thought was out of the way. At 7:00 AM as promised Andre came out greeted me and asked me to move my coach after he moved one that had spent the weekend there. He took his time diagnosed the problem, a new awing motor, and gave me a couple of options being as the motor was over $800.00 and then labor. I opted to have him install a new motor. I have never been as happy as I was that afternoon when he finished. Talk about a FANTASTIC representative for your organization. Andre was one of the nicest people I have had the privilege of meeting in a long time. He not only installed the new motor but he contacted the warrantee company for me and then followed up the next day to make sure the claim had been processed and there wasn’t anything further they needed to approve my claim. Then he took the time to call me and let me know the claim had been approved. Imagine that a service person who cares after you have left. He is one of the consummate professionals and I have already provided a couple of my friends his information. You all should be very proud you have an employee with Andre’s expertise but more importantly his true caring for your customers. He went way out of his way to explain each step and how it was important to do certain things to your awning to keep it in good shape. AJ I just wanted you to know how much I appreciated everything Andre did for me including the follow up. You don’t see this type of concern anymore. I am glad to see it still exist in other places besides my office. Again thanks for your time today.

We cannot thank Chuck and the guys at Girard Systems enough for the outstanding service we received; they had our awnings adjusted and repaired in no time. Chuck & Jorge were such a pleasure to speak with, very polite, professional yet down to earth. These services are hard to come by these days especially when it comes to RV repairs. We arrived at the Girard Plant in San Clemente, CA, on Tuesday, October 23, 2018. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm and positive feeling. We were greeted by Chuck who quickly got has settled on site and immediately observed and diagnosed the situation with the patio awnings on our coach. Immediately he knew what the problem was and just how to remedy it. Wednesday morning, Chuck learned that his partner would not be in to work that day to assist him with the job of replacing the arms on our Newmar, definitely not a one person task! That did not stop Chuck. Chris, from marketing, immediately stepped up to the plate to assist. They worked non-stop and diligently to complete the task. By 3 p.m. on Wednesday, October 24th, we were leaving Girard’s with 6 new arms and two well operating patio awnings. This is a job that many have tried and many have failed to repair. Thank you Chuck, Chris and Girard’s. It was well worth the drive from Ontario, Canada.

I had a very good experience with a request for information. I submitted a question on a Sunday thinking I might have a response by Monday but I got a phone call after two hours from Jorge Garcia. He said he sent information by email and if I had any questions to call him back. I was able to do the adjustment easily and was very grateful that I was able to do it myself. I did not get an operators manual so I am very impressed with Girards technical help.
