- 1 15oz can pumpkin
- 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 9in unbaked pie crust (or premade graham cracker crust if you prefer)
- Mixing bowl
- Rubber spatula
Preheat oven to 425F. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and pour into crust. Bake for 15 minutes then lower oven temp to 350 and continue to bake for 35-40 minutes until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool and garnish with whipped cream. Enjoy!
